That mother must have been terrified. How could that have happened? One of my kids got a chunk of chicken stuck up his nose, one a pea up her nose, and one put a hole in the roof of her mouth with a tinker toy. But, this is worse than anything I've ever heard of.
I've seen this photo before and i don't want to see it again because it looks horrible to me, poor kid! That's why i don't want my son to hold pointy things like fork, so scary. Happy WW!
